These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Winbok platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on winbok.cam.

Eligibility — 21+ Only
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Winbok. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be suspended and any funds forfeited.
One Account per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension with forfeiture of any balances held across all accounts.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering multiplier has been satisfied in full.
Withdrawals & KYC
All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account (KYC complete). Winbok reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any payout in accordance with applicable regulations.
Prohibited Conduct
Collusion, fraud, chargebacks, automated wagering tools (bots), and exploitation of software errors are all strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and recovery of any affected funds.
Responsible Gambling Commitment
Winbok provides deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools. Players showing signs of problem gambling may be referred to support resources at our discretion.
Clause 1
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and Winbok (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at winbok.cam.
Winbok provides an online platform offering live casino games, sports betting, slot games, lottery products, arcade games, and related digital entertainment services (collectively the "Services") to eligible players across Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations where access is permitted.
These Terms apply to all use of the Winbok platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface. By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Winbok platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

Your access to and use of the Winbok platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following actions:
Where Winbok amends these Terms (see Clause 16 — Amendments), continued use of the platform following notification of the amended Terms shall constitute acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Clause 4
Winbok is strictly an adult gaming platform. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account, access any gaming or betting services, or make any deposit on the Winbok platform. This age minimum applies without exception.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. Any account found to be registered or operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds held in such an account — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — will be forfeited in their entirety. Winbok actively cooperates with authorities where underage gambling is identified.
The Winbok platform is intended for use by eligible players in Malaysia. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that your access to and use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the platform.
It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your access to the Winbok platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Winbok makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location outside of Malaysia. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, that you are not under any legal disability, court order, or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from using the platform or participating in gambling activities.
Clause 5
Each player is permitted to hold a single active account on the Winbok platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across duplicate accounts shall be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Malaysian contact information, and a verifiable email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Winbok reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time, including by requesting supporting documentation. If verification cannot be completed to Winbok's satisfaction, the Company reserves the right to suspend or close the account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Winbok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Winbok immediately via the support channels detailed in Clause 18 of these Terms.
Winbok requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted documentation includes a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport, together with proof of address dated within three months. Additional documentation may be requested at Winbok's discretion in accordance with applicable compliance requirements. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Winbok accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each method at the time of transaction:
The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time. Winbok reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment channels with or without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of each transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed. Winbok may apply additional deposit controls to individual accounts in the exercise of its responsible gambling obligations.
Winbok accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Winbok is not liable for any exchange rate losses or fluctuations.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the player's own name. Winbok does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may result in the deposit being returned and the account being subject to review.
Clause 7
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts are in good standing and whose KYC verification has been completed and approved. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
Winbok processes withdrawals to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Indicative processing times are as follows:

Withdrawals of funds associated with bonus credits are subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. Players may withdraw real-money funds not associated with active bonus conditions at any time, subject to KYC verification and account standing requirements. Winbok's cashier section clearly identifies the withdrawable balance at all times.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the cashier screen. Winbok reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion, particularly for amounts exceeding standard daily limits.
Clause 8
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players upon their first qualifying deposit. Each welcome bonus option carries distinct wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and validity periods, which are displayed on the promotional page and cashier at the time of selection. Welcome bonuses are available once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or in some promotions, to the bonus plus deposit amount). For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 35x wagering requirement requires RM3,500 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100% while certain table games and live casino wagers may contribute at reduced rates as specified in each promotion's terms.
Winbok does not permit players to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus with an active wagering requirement is in progress. Players who wish to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirement may forfeit the bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable independently — only the bonus component is subject to this restriction.
Birthday bonuses and VIP tier rewards are credited to eligible accounts on the basis of the player's registered date of birth and accumulated tier status. Tier calculation periods, bonus amounts by tier, and eligibility criteria are subject to the VIP programme terms published on the platform. Winbok reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable prior notice.
Referral rewards are credited upon the successful registration and first qualifying deposit of a referred player using the referring player's unique referral code. Both the referring player and the referred player must each hold a single verified account in good standing. Self-referrals, referrals from duplicate accounts, or any referral identified as involving artificial manipulation of the referral system will result in forfeiture of any referral reward and may constitute grounds for account suspension.
Clause 9
All sports betting markets on Winbok — including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and international sports — are governed by the specific sport-rules and market-rules published on the platform. Winbok reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of pricing errors, data feed errors, or manifest factual mistakes in market information at the time of acceptance.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from the platform. Winbok accepts no liability for bets that appear placed in the player's interface but have not been confirmed by the server due to latency, connectivity issues, or market suspension.
Casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games are governed by the specific game rules accessible within each game's interface. Game results are determined by certified random number generation systems or by live dealer procedures in licensed streaming studios. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the game round result may be void at Winbok's discretion, with any stake returned to the player.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering activities and are displayed within each game, betting market, or product interface. Winbok reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on risk management or responsible gambling considerations.
Clause 10
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winbok platform:
Winbok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to recover any funds obtained through such conduct, including by initiating legal proceedings where appropriate.
Clause 11
All content on the Winbok platform, including but not limited to software, code, design elements, game interfaces, logos, branding, text, graphics, audio, and video, is the property of Winbok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on the Winbok platform without express prior written authorisation. The scraping, aggregation, or automated collection of platform data — including odds, game results, or player statistics — is strictly prohibited.
Clause 12
Winbok operates with commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. However, the Company does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, third-party network failures, and external cyberattacks may affect availability. Winbok is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
Winbok is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any game or wager is uncertain. You accept all risks associated with your gambling activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winbok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
Clause 13
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of the Winbok platform is governed by the Winbok Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at /privacy-policy.
Winbok processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and regulatory obligations. Data is retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the Company's internal data retention schedule.
Clause 14

Winbok reserves the right to impose restrictions on accounts where the Company identifies patterns indicative of problem gambling behaviour, including unsolicited application of account limits or referral to support resources.
Clause 15
A player may request the closure of their Winbok account at any time by contacting Winbok's support team. Upon closure, any available real-money balance that is not subject to wagering requirements or pending investigation will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
Winbok reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms, evidence of prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, or where continued operation of the account poses a compliance, legal, or financial risk to the Company.
In cases of termination for cause — including fraud, prohibited conduct, or material misrepresentation — Winbok reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the account and to pursue recovery of any funds improperly obtained through legal means.
Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.
Clause 16
Winbok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address held on account, or by prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Winbok platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 15.1.
Clause 17
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Winbok platform shall be resolved in accordance with Winbok's dispute resolution procedures, details of which are available from the support team.
Winbok endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly through its customer support team as a first step. Players are encouraged to contact support in the first instance before pursuing any formal dispute process.
